Building a new home is a major investment both financially and emotionally and will require a large amount of time commitment by the client.

We have provided Building Control Services on many new dwellings including new builds, conversions and change of use and therefore can provide you with the benefit of our experience to identify any issues before they become a problem. We have experience of traditional build, timber frame and innovative and sustainable building products and techniques.
