Under Regulation 13D of The Building (Registered Building Control Approvers etc)(Wales) Regulations 2024, a compliance declaration must be submitted to the Registered Building Control Approver before the Final Certificate can be released. Accordingly, upon receiving this declaration, Approved Inspectors Ltd will acknowledge its receipt on the Final Certificate.
Once all the works, covered by the Initial Notice (Building Regulation Application), have been completed it is a requirement, under 13D of The Building (Registered Building Control Approvers etc)(Wales) Regulations 2024, that the client provides formal notice to us, confirming that to the best of the client’s knowledge the work complies with all applicable requirements of the building regulations and subsequently fill out the declaration template provided below.
The project description of work can be found on the Initial Notice or Amendment Notice. It will also be detailed on any letters/emails related to the project.
