Please find below some details of the steps we are taking to adjust our working practices in light of the Coronavirus pandemic and the government guidance. Further updates will be posted as the situation progresses.

The health and safety of our employees is our utmost priority but we are still committed to providing a service to our clients during these unprecedented times.
Site inspections will continue throughout the national lockdown planned for Thursday 5 November – Wednesday 2 December, where Public Health England guidelines and strict 2 metre social distancing can be followed.
Remote inspections by photos or video call are still available where it is not possible to visit site. Remote inspections should be agreed with your surveyor in advance. Please send clear photographs to your surveyor who will review them and advise on any further action. Please ensure any queries are resolved before the elements of construction are enclosed. Whilst remote inspection techniques are acceptable in some circumstances they are not to be relied upon as a complete alternative method of ascertaining the compliance of work on site.
Many of our employees are working from home but our friendly and helpful Business Support Team are still available by phone or email. If you need to visit one of our offices please call ahead to ensure that the office will be staffed on that day.
Our CPD event programme in Lancaster and Shrewsbury will be postponed until further notice.
