Provide a dedicated surveyor to deal with your applications to ensure consistency of service and a responsive efficient service regardless of the location of the project.
Take all reasonable steps to satisfy ourselves that your building work complies with the Building Regulations.
Where appropriate, we will check your plans for compliance with the Building Regulations
Provide, where necessary, a written report detailing areas of non-compliance.
Will liaise with either yourself or your agent to ensure that, in respect of Building Regulations, the plans are satisfactory prior to commencement of work on site.
Make all statutory consultations on your behalf
Carry out key stage inspections in accordance with an agreed inspection framework.
